Continuous investments guarantee quality

At R-Sarkon, we consider continuous investments an important part of our company culture. One of our goals is to react to the needs of our customers proactively, which means that investments play a significant role in our readiness to serve our customers.

We invest approximately 5 to 10 percent of our turnover annually. We have been making substantial investments during the early part of 2021 and we have grown our machinery capacity in response to the growing demand.

We have over 70 production machines at our disposal at the moment. These include over 30 CNC lathes, 20 CNC sliding head automatic lathes, two CNC 6-spindle machines, nine CNC 6-spindle automatic bar machines and five machining centres. Some of our machining centres have been equipped with robots. Additionally, we have a tool department and various manual machine tools at our disposal.

This year, we have invested in an Index C100 CNC lathe, an Index MS22C 6-spindle CNC lathe and an Star SW-20 CNC sliding head automatic lathe, as well as in a high-quality solvent cleaning system which helps us to remove oil, for example, from small and deep holes very effectively.

Our readiness to invest helps us to react flexibly when, for example, the demand is higher, and boosts our production. This, in turn, helps us to further enhance the experiences of our customers and our staff, as well as the quality of our services.
